1. Services

WebBookon provides web design, WordPress setup, and consulting services as described on our website and confirmed in your order. The exact scope depends on the plan selected at the time of purchase.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Euros (€) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due in full before project work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Invoices are issued electronically and must be settled within 5 business days.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate project information, brand assets, and content in a timely manner.
• Delays in providing required materials may delay your project delivery correspondingly.
• You confirm that you have full legal rights to all content and assets supplied to us.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website design and all deliverables created specifically for your project. WebBookon retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes up to two rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be accommodated at an agreed hourly rate.

6. Consulting Sessions

Consulting sessions are conducted by video call at a mutually agreed scheduled time. Sessions are non-transferable and must be used within 60 days of purchase. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' prior notice. No-shows without advance notice forfeit the session without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WebBookon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases as a result of our work. Results depend on many variables outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates after work has commenced, partial refunds will be assessed at our discretion based on work completed to date. See our Refund Policy for full details.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no work on your project has commenced. To submit a refund request, email contact@webbookon.com with your name and order reference.

2. Partial Refund

If work has already commenced at the time of your refund request, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion based on the proportion of work completed. We will provide a written breakdown of work completed before processing any partial refund.

3. No Refund After Delivery

Once the completed website has been delivered and approved by you — or 5 business days have passed since delivery without written objection — no refund will be issued, as design and development time has been fully allocated.

4. Consulting Sessions

Completed consulting sessions are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' prior notice. No-shows without advance notice forfeit the session without refund.

6. Processing Time
